In my active coaching experiences, we use movement as a tool to break free from established patterns, open up new perspectives, and support meaningful change. Whether by bike, in the mountains, on a sailing boat, or in the snow, nature provides the distance needed to gain clarity, reorganize thoughts, and reconnect with your direction. Bike + Grow
There is something deeply meditative about road cycling. You find your rhythm and, miles after miles, your mind begins to clear. The body is working, your focus sharpens, and you enter that state of flow where everything feels simpler, more intense, and more natural. The world passes by around you, while an inner silence begins to emerge. Thoughts come and go without holding you back, creating space for new ideas, insights, and perspectives. Days dedicated to physical activity, restorative breaks, the joy of being fully present, and the celebration of your personal growth. A sailing trip can change your path – I know that from personal experience. Sailing takes you beyond the familiar: wind, waves, and the experience of being carried by whatever unfolds. During our week together on board, a unique dynamic emerges – we learn from one another, grow together, and meet ourselves with greater honesty. At the same time, space opens up for distance, fresh perspectives, and unexpected insights. These are intense days that stay with you long after they end and broaden your horizon.
Sailing engages both body and mind. It invites you to reconsider your priorities and, ultimately, brings you back to what matters most: yourself.

Glow + Grow is an individual coaching experience that combines a one- or two-hour sunrise walk with guided reflection. It is an authentic and meaningful space in which to slow down, listen to yourself, and rediscover what truly matters.
In the end, you will take home more than the memory of a special sunrise. You will leave with renewed self-awareness, greater inner calm, and a clear sense of what is truly important to you at this moment in your life.

Ski touring brings you back to what is essential. Step by step, you make your way uphill, find your rhythm, and allow yourself to be guided by your breath. There is only you, the mountain, and your stride. Far away from the noise of everyday life, an authentic space emerges where you can reconnect with focus, energy, and presence. With every meter of elevation gained, your mind becomes clearer. Thoughts begin to organize themselves, expand, and take on new perspectives. At the summit, it is not only the destination that matters, but above all the journey that brought you there. Tour + Grow combines demanding ski touring days with moments of mindful reflection. The tours, with daily elevation gains of approximately 1,200–1,500 meters, offer an opportunity to challenge yourself, build resilience, and discover new resources within. Accompanied by experienced mountain guides, you will be able to enjoy the experience in complete safety while exploring your limits and confidently expanding your comfort zone. Individual coaching sessions help you deepen and make sense of your experience, transforming the effort, emotions, and achievements of the mountains into practical tools for personal growth. In the end, you will take home far more than the memory of a descent or a summit reached.
